BEAD MAKING COURSES AND TUITION
Kimmyg is now teaching glass beadmaking, lampworking (or flameworking, as it is otherwise known) classes by arrangement. For further details of all scheduled classes go to ‘Teaching’. Classes can be booked to suit your personal timetable and skill level.
In addition to basic courses at beginner, next step and intermediate levels, Kimmyg is also offering short courses to extend your skills in Murrini making, Twisties Stringer and Complex Canes, and Using Presses. Maximum class size will be three persons at the present time and classes are held at the Sunshine Coast Hot Glass Studio in Yandina, on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Class fees include use of all equipment and glass.
Our teaching schedules are now online! We have loaded details of classes, so for those of you who are interested in learning to make glass beads, building on the skills you already have, or perhaps even extending into silversmithing - watch this space! You will now find a button on the home page which will link you through to the current information available.
